We will never sell your personal data.

1. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, company or role where provided, and the content of your message to respond to your requests and improve how we support you.
2. When you discuss or order services, we process professional and project-related information you choose to share to prepare proposals, negotiate, and perform contracts (including IT consulting, coaching, and software engineering, such as R Shiny development where applicable).
3. Usage data. When you visit our site, we may process:

Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings. Server logs follow our host’s technical retention. Data may be kept longer when needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
